5月16日（土）、八千代松陰中学校・高等学校にて開講された「土曜講座」に、当スタジオ代表の藤野が講師として登壇いたしました。
講座では、「スポーツトレーナーを一生の仕事にするためには」をテーマに、競泳日本代表専属トレーナーとしての経験や、スポーツ医科学・キャリア形成についてお話ししました。
後半の実践編では、事前アンケートをもとにしたトレーニング実演も実施し、生徒の皆様に熱心に参加していただきました。
今後も地域の皆様や若い世代へ、スポーツ医科学に基づいたコンディショニングの大切さを伝える活動を続けてまいります。
